Due to its hardness, superb service life, consistent machining accuracy and excellent surface roughness, PCD and PCBN cutting tools have become the newest standard for cutting tools.
PCD or PCBN blanks are brazed on the steel or carbide matrix (inserts). Main
products: various types of turning inserts, cut-off inserts, boring inserts, standard or special clamped inserts, pistom machining tools, woodworking saw blades and trimmers. Cutting tools are ground to customer specifications.
Applications for PCD: machining of non-ferrous metals, AL, Cu and alloys, hard non-metallic materials, and wood materials with an AL2O3
layer.
